H&M Customer Churn Prediction

Machine learning project using customer purchasing behavior to predict churn. Built customer-level features, defined a churn classification, trained a Logistic Regression model, and evaluated its performance against a baseline.

Key result: 76.95% accuracy and 86.39% recall, compared with 59.38% baseline accuracy.

Excel Workflow Automator

Python automation project that transforms coffee shop sales data into quarterly Excel reports. Built reusable calculations for KPIs, sales performance, location and time analysis, and automated observations, then generated formatted Excel workbooks with charts.

Key result: Automated the reporting workflow from raw sales data to completed quarterly reports, reducing manual analysis and report creation.
